We’re a team of professionals of different backgrounds based in Aotearoa New Zealand. Here people have a strong connection to the place around them. Tangata Whenua (people of this land) see nature intrinsically intertwined with their own lives. For Maori, every mountain, every river, every tree has a story.
Inspired by this deep connections, we’ve started a project that aims to reflect this intertwined relationship with the nature and bring it to our economic environment. There is no “one size fits all” for economic systems but a new economic shift’s emerging across to globe.
The circular economy offers a $4.5 trillion economic opportunity by reducing waste, stimulating innovation and creating employment. As we move towards the circular economy, it’s necessary to ensure that professionals, businesses, producers and consumers are aware and ready for new business models focused on reuse, repair, remanufacturing and sharing models that offer significant innovation.
